Who are we looking for?
We're looking for a frontend web developer with good javascript skills that can communicate highly technical ideas to members of the team from all walks of life. We work hard to ensure we are using software engineering best practices in an agency environment.

We would like to see proven abilities in...

• Advanced JavaScript development (OO JS/Functional JS)
• Comprehensive experience in React or Angular or Vue or a modern framework
• Working in an agile environment
• Code review
• Working with CI/CD
• Familiarity with data-driven applications
• CSS3 and SASS (or another preprocessor)
• Advanced CSS methodologies such as BEM or OOCSS
• CMS Experience e.g Wordpress, Drupal etc.
• Translating designs to pixel perfect web pages
• Animation in both JS and CSS. 
• ES6+ and Babel 
• Architectural and design patterns
• Webpack and build tools like gulp and grunt
• Git and common workflow methodologies
• TDD, BDD, unit testing, integration testing, functional testing and e2e testing
• SPA Development with complex API consumption
