We are seeking a talented Javascript Front End Developer to work on cutting edge projects and be part of a team of dedicated professionals solving our customers’ most challenging problems. Good candidates will have knowledge of leading edge web development practices and will be able to experiment with the latest web technologies to deliver all stages of front-end development- from mock-ups to completed web pages, widgets, and templates. This inspired, self-directed individual will excel in a collaborative Agile environment, work to identify user interface needs, design and communicate conceptual solutions, collaborate and refine strategies, incorporate best-practices and new innovations through Javascript, CSS, and HTML5.

In this role you will:

Create and maintain a Javascript web application.
Collaborate with other developers and analysts to bring a cohesive vision and transform business needs into web-based products.
Explore new trends and technologies.

Basic Qualifications:

5+ years of front-end web application user interface design and development with proven track record in delivering front-end components for a complex web environment, and experience going from concept through design, prototype and developing and deployment in a production environment.
5+ years experience with:
- HTML
- CSS
- Javascript (ES5 and ES6) / Node.js
- React or Angular
Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a security clearance

Desired Skills:

Experience exploring and creating visualizations of big data.
Ability to:
- Integrate front-end designs with back-end systems.
- Optimize and test cross-browser compatible code.
- Think and plan strategically.
- Write tests (Functional, Unit, and End to End).
Comfortable with:
- Recommending strategies for design implementation during the development process.
- Adjusting customer or team expectations in regard to project timelines.
- Elasticsearch.
- Webpack.
- GraphQL.
Natural awareness of detail-oriented design through all phases of development.
