The Senior Front-end developer will be part of a multi-functional team consisting of react developers, full stack developers, back end developers, testers and UI/UX designers that spend not only their working time but also their free-time together.

• Existing functionalities will be well maintained and new functionalities will be developed on http://www.tele2.nl.
• We will have well designed, testable, efficient code using best software development practices.
• Software documentation will be created and maintained.
• We will stay plugged into emerging technologies and industry trends and you will apply them into operations and activities.
• You will cooperate with web designers to create optimal online user experience.
• You will coach other developers and development interns.

We'll start getting exited if you have:

• A Bachelor or Master degree in information technology or a related area of expertise.
• Advanced knowledge of HTML, JavaScript and CSS (SASS), React.js and Redux.
• Knowledge of and experience with PHP, MySQL, REST APIs, Unix/Linux shell, Git, DevOps tools.
• Knowledge of Unit testing (Jest, Mocha, Jasmine).
• Knowledge of quality code tools like ESLint, Stylelint and FlowType.
• A solid understanding of web application development processes, from the layout/user interface to relational database structures.
• Experience with MVC, OOP and design patterns.
• Experience with rolling out products to production (incl. proper version management).
• Understanding of the WordPress core software and its functions at the code level.
• Fluent in English, Dutch is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to complete tasks within the constraints of business timelines.
• Ability to communicate directly with peers, as well as managers.
