Front-end Developer

We are looking for an ambitious React Front-End Developer to join our team.

 

As a React Front-End Developer, you will work together in a cross-functional team to create internal applications and portals. The ideal candidate will be able to create functional, intuitive and responsive, cross-browser web applications and design, build and maintain efficient, reusable and reliable JavaScript code.

 

Other job responsibilities

• Write and maintain automated unit and acceptance tests
• Design, build and take ownership of new features based on product manager feedback
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems

• 1+ year of experience as a Front-End developer
• Excellent JavaScript knowledge, including ES6
• Knowledge of frameworks such as React, Redux, Angular and JavaScript tools such as Gulp, npm, Webpack, etc
• Solid understanding and recent experience in HTML5 and CSS
• Demonstrable experience in unit testing and test automation tools
• Knowledge of CSS frameworks such as Bootstrap, Foundation etc
• Familiar with CSS preprocessors like Less and Sass
• Experience with version control software (preferably Git)
• Interested in Usability and UX
• Experience with backend development (Django / Python based frameworks) is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Fluent in English is a plus
