About the role
Dashlane seeks a highly talented engineer to join the Sharing & Vault team. Within this team, we aim to provide a secure and simple solution for our customers to store their credentials and items within their Dashlane vault and share them with their co-workers, family or friends. The Vault is often the starting point for our customers to perform other actions on Dashlane (e.g. Sharing, logging in, completing payments, etc.). Because of this, we want to create a world-class item storage experience to help enable other features on Dashlane.
Location
You will be based in Lisbon, with a flexible hybrid work schedule and English as your working language. We offer relocation support.
At Dashlane, you will:
- As a Sharing & Vault Team member, you will work within the Expansion domain, improving the core user experience of the millions of Dashlane customers worldwide: securely storing and sharing their credentials and items.
- Develop features and pair with other engineers, work and brainstorm with product managers and designers on the technical feasibility of solutions, build and ship in small increments, learn and iterate.
- Work in a highly collaborative and positive environment, participate in cross-team projects such as improving the code review process, leading the web guild, and others.
- Learn continuously and share knowledge with your coworkers.

- Testing: Jest, Karma, WebdriverIO, Cucumber
- Build: Webpack
- Versioning: Gitlab
- Monitoring: ELK, Tableau
- Documentation and tooling: Confluence, Gitlab, Zoom, Slack, Miro
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in software development
- 2+ years of experience with JavaScript development
- 1+ year of experience with frameworks such as React, AngularJS or VueJS
- 2+ years of experience working in a product-focused company
- Fluency in English
We're also looking for the following:
- Solid knowledge in coding, but also deploying, testing, and monitoring
- Ability to write code that is easy to maintain and understand
- a security background

I joined Dashlane 3 years and a half ago and have participated in and witnessed Dashlane's growth over the past years. As the engineering manager of the sharing & vault team, I enjoy leading a team whose main areas of focus are the core functionalities of Dashlane and with which our customers interact daily.
