We are seeking a dedicated and talented individual to help us define and build the Way2B1 mobile platform. The ideal candidate will help us drive architectural and product vision, implementing new features to support product, while providing direction and oversight to the approaches we take to accomplish a goal. Building a product takes a village, and we're looking for someone to help grow our village.

Our ideal candidate has 

• 5+ years of software experience at a startup or technology focused company
• A strong deference to well written, highly maintainable code
• Deep understanding of React Native
• Deep understanding and application of programming patterns
• Experience in Javascript, Typescript, and Node
• A strong approach to delivering well tested, strong code, backed by unit tests and clear documentation
• Understanding how to resolve bugs as a long term fix
• A desire to learn and improve on a daily basis through code reviews, design sessions, mentorship and reading

Bonus points for

• Understanding of and experience with AWS, GPC, or Azure
• Experience with React + Node 
• Experience developing full stack applications using Node + React
• Knowledge of Kotlin and Swift
• Creativity, courage, empathy and stamina are integral to you as a person and employee

What you'll be doing 

• Working with product to understand our mobile backlog
• Working with leadership to bring the company's mobile vision to life
• Write, review, and maintain code
• Developing proper architectural patterns and coding standards to be strictly used in our codebase
• Help with DevOps to build and maintain a pipeline in Github Actions
• Working with junior engineers to grow their skills and ensure high coding standards are met
