Frontend Software Engineer

Description

Contacts, from the SMB BU, sits at the core of all conversations as every conversation on our platform is between a brand and an individual (or a group of individuals). Services include the development of an extensive directory of contacts, segments & lists, contact sync with outside applications all playing pivotal role in allowing businesses to run effective & optimal conversations.

Role and Responsibilities

Develop, architect and scale the Contact functions for BU SMB. Be part of a small cross functional team that sets its own objectives and goals with responsibility for every stage of product development life cycle from planning and design to implementation, testing, deployment, monitoring and maintenance, you build It you run it.

Your work will be focused around building critical functions that make up the core of the contact services; The code you write will be used in different product lines. As a software engineer you will write code that has a high impact throughout the organization, and it is paramount that it meets our level of excellence. You will work independently but in constantly communication with your team and other. You have an analytical mind with problem solving aptitude.

This is a 90% remote role! We expect you to go the office in Madrid for some workshops or important meetings.

In order to contribute to this role, you have:

• A strong software engineering background
• Solid track record working with Typescript in a professional setting
• Expertise in modern front-end frameworks such as React
• In-depth knowledge of the web platform and ecosystem.
• Experience using design systems.
• Experience working in product engineering teams.
• Fluency in English

Big Plus!

• Experience in building SaaS systems

• Experience with Web components and the latest Web APIs
• Experience with Micro-frontend architectures.
• Experience with cloud services (AWS), cloud architecture, DevOps, CI/CD.
• Experience with functional and performance test automation
• Experience from working in a multinational environment.
