Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate, self-driven, and experienced React Developer to join our team at Qloo. This person will play a crucial role in building and improving our AI-driven applications and should have a solid skill set in JavaScript and React. The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of professional experience in software development, specifically with a focus on React. Your experience should provide you with a deep understanding of modern web development trends, challenges, and opportunities.
Responsibilities:
+ Developing and implementing new user interface applications
+ Collaborating closely with our User Experience team to acquire and implement precise design specifications
+ Being a technical authority on all facets of the ReactJS application stack, providing guidance and solutions
+ Managing the entire lifecycle of user interface, ensuring smooth transition from development through to production deployment
+ Maintaining comprehensive documentation for the codebase, including details of functionalities and features, ensuring information is up-to-date and accessible to all team members
Additional responsibilities may include:
+ Regularly assessing and improving performance of existing codebase, identifying areas for optimization
+ Working in tandem with back-end developers to facilitate seamless integration and functionality
+ Conducting regular code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency throughout the application
+ Leading troubleshooting and debugging activities to identify and address issues in a timely manner
+ Staying abreast of emerging trends and advancements in the field of ReactJS development, ensuring our practices and technologies are cutting edge
+ Participating in Agile/Scrum development process, effectively managing tasks and priorities for efficient project completion.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science (preferred), or a related field.
+ Experience with es6, SASS, SPAs, and Git
+ Thorough understanding of React with 2+ years of experience
+ State management
+ Expert level knowledge of styling
+ Working with REST APIs
+ Experience building and maintaining web apps in production
+ Can demonstrate meticulous, pixel perfect implementations of designs
+ Knows and can explain why unit testing is important
+ Javascript: 5 years (Required)
+ CSS: 5 years (Required)
+ Node: 2 years (Preferred)
