ICON-IQ is representing a client looking to hire a Front End Engineer. This position will focus on the development and documentation of their growing Casino and Sportsbook solutions. The successful candidate will participate in the full delivery life-cycle, including analysis and design. Requirements
- Polyglot programming experience
- Experience in JavaScript or TypeScript, ES6 and newer
- Advanced knowledge of React, Hooks and ReduxCSS in JS (Styled Components, Emotion.sh or similar)
- HTML/CSS experience, including concepts like layout, specificity, cross browser compatibility, and accessibility
- Experience with RESTful APIs and optimizing frontend performance
- Experience with common frontend development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
- Experience improving performance for web applications, familiar with Core Web VitalsArchitect efficient and reusable frontend systems that drive complex web applications, effective implementation of reusable components
- Functional programming and OOP experience
- Not afraid of unit tests or e2e tests
- Experience in code review and familiarity with Git
- Strong communication is a must
- Must have portfolio of previous projects to be considered for this role

- A passion or understanding of Sports Betting
- Knowledge of Casino Games and Gambling
- Passion for blockchain and digital assets
