SXA Team:

Web development teams use Sitecore Experience Accelerator (SXA) to speed up the production of websites and to reuse components, layouts, and templates across a variety of sites. SXA separates structure from design, so front-end designers, creative designers, content authors, and developers can work in parallel, and you can deploy and maintain multiple sites quickly and cost effectively.

About the Role:

To build on Sitecore’s success and growth, we are looking for a motivated Front-end Engineer to work as part of our Product Development department. You will drive innovation and build new features. You’ll work with the latest technologies, frameworks, and tools like JavaScript, Typescript, Angular, React, Azure, and more to create new products and convert/expand functionality.

What You’ll Do:

• Explore and apply the newest frontend technologies to improve user experience of the Sitecore products
• Design, develop, ship and maintain Sitecore technical delivery and demonstrate good competency on technology, Sitecore products, delivery process and team members interaction
• Demonstrate a good understanding of Sitecore components to bridge the gap between business and technical aspects
• Develop high-quality codes on features, bug fixes and hotfixes according to Sitecore guidelines
• Define user stories, acceptance criteria and task break down that can deliver business value within one iteration
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipeline to ensure the solution can be delivered frequently, consistently, and reliably to staging and production environments

 What You Need to Succeed:

• At least 1 year experience of web applications development
• Good knowledge of JavaScript and HTML, CSS (HTML5, CSS3)
• Experience with Angular
• Familiarity with TypeScript
• Basic understanding of browser rendering behavior and performance
• Basic experience in version control system: Git and branching strategy

 Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart:

• Experience with React
• Basic knowledge of .NET and Visual Studio, OpenSource libraries, Azure Cloud Services
• Basic understanding in implementing unit test and integration test
