Our Paraguayan team of talented engineers is growing and we are looking to hire a motivated individual with strong leadership potential, technical skills, and a desire to step into a key role in our organization as a React Native Tech Lead. Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership for enterprise software projects
- Play a hands-on role in software definition, architecture, design, and implementation on a complex state-of-the-art software project based on React Native
- Deliver high-quality software with extensive Unit Testing
- Review and analyze business requirements and provide a technical perspective on approach, risk, and estimated development time
- Apply quality standards and initiate improvements
- Build strong client relationships
- Apply best practices utilizing proven architectural patterns
- Participate successfully in an established daily Scrum process
- Collaborate with global-based team members, subject matter experts, and stakeholders
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience with React Native
- Good understanding of the best coding practices and frequently used design patterns
- Ability to find the optimal solution for technical problems
- Ability to develop a flexible and robust platform architecture to support changing business requirements
- Ability to lead and organize the development process for complex software projects
- Passion for seeking engineering excellence and adopting new technologies
- Experience in planning and executing tasks to meet deadlines while promoting a positive work environment
- Excellent communication skills – ability to work with both technical and non-technical individuals, to gather information, to give direction, and to report status
- Excellent spoken and written English
