- Roles & Responsibilities : • 8 years of Mobile App development experience — preference is given to candidates who have maintained or developed large scale applications.
- • Hands-on Proficiency in React Native with building apps on Android and IOS. Experience working with cross platform apps.Previous experience working with multiple engineering teams.
- • Clear understanding of software design patterns and principles. • Experience guiding the continuous improvement of process and technology.
- • Experience leading teams in an agile methodology •
- Strong sense of ownership. You take responsibility for the delivery of team deliverbles. • Track record of delivering successful solutions as a leader.
- • Be a world-class individual contributor. You will not be here just to tell other people what to do. You will lead them by example. • Abstract thinking while paying attention to meaningful details at the same time. • Ability to take smart risks and champion new ideas. • Ability to communicate clearly and constantly with teams in writing and on video calls.

- • Researching and evaluating emerging technologies and novel approaches in order to make recommendations to enhance business processes and/or create competitive advantage • Utilizing and applying robust analytic thinking with the ability to identify, debug, and resolve technical issues. • Participating in application solutions including assisting with planning and architectural design, development, resolution of technical issues, and application rationalization.

- • Providing coaching and technical mentoring to more junior developers
