Frontend Developer

Ubermetrics is the leading SaaS platform for Content Intelligence and Analytics, Earned Media insights and Social Listening. We collect new articles, posts, comments and many other text documents from millions of online sources and process this stream using big data technologies and algorithms from machine learning and

bioinformatics. We are hiring new motivated colleagues willing to grow with us and help us support customers like DHL, Activision Blizzard, TÜV Rheinland and sport1 to be successful.

Your tasks

As a member of a highly-motivated agile frontend team you will work on the single-page Ubermetrics web app. You will:

• plan and implement features and tools for our customer and co-workers
• be involved and help others
• evaluate architecture, technology, patters, and standard methodologies
• revise and optimise our tooling and infrastructure from development to operations
• among others, improve on and use these technologies: React, Redux, Webpack, Mocha, Bitbucket, Docker

You should have

• a structured, dedicated work style and motivation to get things done in a team
• high demands for the quality and usability of your results
• very good command of English
• excellent skills in at least one programming language, preferably JavaScript
• comprehensive experience in the development of web applications
• affinity to functional programming is definitely a plus
