This role will suit an enthusiastic and positive frontend developer with experience in React to undertake a next-gen platform rebuild, build new Web Application and API/microservices features as well as designing reusable UI components.
Technical skills you will bring to the role;
- Experience in developing single page web application using React JS and api/microservices using node.js
- Extensive experience using JavaScript, HTML5, CSS/CSS3, LESS/SCSS, AJAX, JSON, jQuery
- Experience with AWS or GCP stack, particularly with serverless stacks such as Lambda , Dynamo DB, Beanstalk
- Experience in using tools such as Webpack, Babel, NPM, gradle etc
- Understanding of Functional Programming Concepts
- Experience with optimizing Web sites for SEO
- Experience with developing applications that utilize backend platform systems via API’s(REST, JSON, XML)
- Experience using Atlassian tools (Confluence ad JIRA)
- Experience in using source control management GitHub
- Exposure to agile, Continuous Integration tools(such as CircleCI), automation testing tools, Test Driven Development is a plus
