JavaScript Developer

Holycode is looking for a Medior to Senior JavaScript Developer skilled with JavaScript and familiar with Java, ready to dive into the Baloise team for a full-time engagement and join our team of passionate IT professionals in our Belgrade office. 

Baloise is an international insurance company with head office located in Basel, Switzerland and offers innovative, digitized insurance solutions for everyone who wants to feel safe. The main goal of Innovation Lab is to create improvements for the customers by starting greenfield projects while using new technologies and different design methodologies.

Your contribution to the team includes:

• Degree in information technology or comparable
• Hands-on experience with continuous integration/delivery (Git, Jenkins)
• Good understanding of web application development (modern JavaScript frameworks like Vue.JS, Angular or React)
• Basic Java-knowledge
• Basic understanding about web architecture and REST services
• Ready to work with new technologies
• Experience in project based work using agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Openness to participate in requirements analysis, clarification and verification
• Fluent in English
• Willingness to travel every 2nd or 3rd month (if safe traveling is possible)
