We are recruiting for a Lead Frontend Software Engineer to create beautiful user experiences. As a frontend engineer, you will be responsible for crafting the member’s experience on our platform and determining the overall usability of our site. You will be located in our headquarters office in Reston, VA.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with product managers and designers to conceptualize new features
Design and develop elegant UI using JavaScript technologies.
Make architectural decisions consistent with the overall framework and use cases.
Mentor other engineers and deeply review code
No just do agile but be agile!

REQUIREMENTS
5+ years of experience of frontend or full-stack development with at least two years of experience with React/Redux.
Expertise with JavaScript frameworks including relevant frameworks and libraries.
Ability to develop, test and maintain clean and modular JavaScript code.
Knowledge of UX best practices.
Excellent communication to both executives and technical team members.
