The Opportunity
The BetterVet organization is in need of a Frontend Engineer responsible for Web application development. They must have 2 to 3 years experience in technologies such as React, NodeJs, and MongoDB. This person will report to the Frontend engineering lead.
Qualifications
- 2-3+ years of professional experience building and delivering web applications in React
- Solid understanding of a front-end framework (React preferred)
- Deep understanding of a functional web application language (MERN Stack)
- Solid understanding of REST API development, back-end principles and design patterns
- Understanding of GitHub and common source control strategies and scenarios
- Strong understanding of unit testing and CI/CD practices
- Experience working in an agile environment
- Strong communication (English)
