Frontend Software Engineer


Hireview is searching for a Frontend Software Engineer to join the Railsbank team in Vilnius. Railsbank is the world’s leading global open banking platform that gives customers “access to global financial services” with 5 lines of code.  

The Railsbank platform is an enabler for customers like fin-Techs, brands, and traditional financial services firms to launch any financial services use-case they can think of using Railsbank’s super simple set of APIs, financial operations capabilities, regulatory licenses, and partner network.  Railsbank is a one-stop-shop for a “bank in a box”.

Since starting in 2016 in London the company has expanded across Europe, launched in Singapore, and is currently extending capabilities in SE Asia, USA, and Australia.

The role:

Railsbank is building a new exciting product for their customers and looking for an experienced mid/senior level JavaScript/TypeScript frontend developer to join a dedicated engineering team. 

In this position you will be able to apply your engineering skills by designing, developing and scaling a new web/hybrid application that will be used by many companies worldwide.

The role will be a full time role based in Lithuania. You will be having flexibility to work from home or our Vilnius office.

  • 3+ years of experience developing modern web or hybrid applications
  • JavaScript/TypeScript experience using modern tools and practices
  • Strong React (JS) and component styling knowledge
  • Good understanding of web security, experience using OAuth
  • Willingness to learn and master new technologies and concepts
  • Ability to thrive in a fast moving, dynamic, post-startup environment
