React Native Developer

Our team is looking for a React Native engineer to join our founding team and help build & scale Rho’s commercial banking technology. We're looking for a team member who can be a key contributor to our technical vision and engineering culture. We expect you to utilize your best-in-class knowledge and talent to help us build a great product on stable and scalable infrastructure. Our mobile app is a central component of Rho's business and we're looking for someone with a strong sense of what it takes to build a great user experience.

What we're looking for on your CV:

• 3+ years of professional React Native experience
• Dedication to building a great product and polished user experiences
• Appetite for learning new technologies

Nice to have:

• Experience contributing to a hyper-growth consumer company; OR a strong b2b Analytics, existing Fintech, or financial organization
• Experience with mobile CI/CD, testing, automating processes, and production monitoring (e.g. Crashlytics, Amplitude)
• Experience with GraphQL, mobile security.

• You'll have delivered several key products, systems, or features on time within your first year.
• You'll be a recognizable and enjoyable member of the team to work with inside and outside of your engineering circle.
