Our teams are highly autonomous: we organize into small (3-5 engineer) teams working with designers and product managers to make rapid and continuous progress every day.

We love to stay up to date and use modern versions of modern frameworks: Rails 6.1+, and React 16.13+.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy web-based applications with a focus on performance and testability.
- Work in an agile environment with a team of engineers, designers and product managers to create new features and enhancements.
- Coach and mentor junior engineers.
- Focus on ADA compliance, frontend performance, and design best practices for all code the team ships.
- Maintain high standards of quality and customer value.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
- At least 5 years professional frontend software development experience with JavaScript
- B.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent. Alternatively, at least 6 years professional frontend software development experience with JavaScript.
- Deep understanding of web application architecture, object-oriented design, and computer science principles.
- Demonstrated expertise working with React.
- Communicate ideas clearly, and write intelligently.
- Interest in working on a product for which UI and overall user experience is a focal point.
