The Role:
In support of our expanding global customer base and ambitious growth plans we are looking to strengthen our technical capability within the organisation. To support this projected growth we want to attract talented React engineers with strong commercial development experience who will become key contributors to our engineering teams.
As a React Tech Lead you will need:
•5+ years React development experience
•Familiarity with all phases of software development; from requirements gathering and design through to build, deployment and support
•Experience of making sound technology decisions following evaluation of choices
•Experience of unit and regression testing
•Experience with CI/CD pipelines
•Strong communication skills and ability to operate well under a variety of different situations and types of projects, and ability to impart knowledge to others
You will stand out if:
•You have experience of other frontend and backend programming languages
•You have a genuine passion for software development and are an active contributing member on open source projects
•AWS Certified or working towards AWS certification
•Capital Markets and FinTech project experience
