Senior Front End Engineer

BitSight is looking for an experienced Senior Frontend Engineer to join our engineering team. BitSight’s mission is to make the online world a safer place by helping governments, companies and NGOs understand and mitigate their cybersecurity risks. Ours is an internet-scale challenge - we track every IP address, every piece of malware, and a good portion of the world’s internet traffic.

Our team works on distributed, highly scalable solutions for BitSight’s cyber security products.  We are looking for talented software engineers that embrace the challenge of providing solutions to large problems and want to construct the foundation that the engineering team will use for the next 3-5 years. Requirements

• 3+ years working with modern Javascript (ES6+) and significant experience with at least one modern web framework (React, Vue, Svelte, etc.)
• Holistic engineering & ownership, from design to deployment and onwards.
• Strong computer science fundamentals in design, data structures, and algorithms
• Experience working with a team of engineers, designers, and product owners in delivering a product to end-users
• Excellent (English) written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with React
• Experience with web development build systems: Yarn/NPM, Webpack
• Experience with microservices architectures, APIs, and related technologies;
• Experience with CI/CD and Kubernetes
