What you’ll do:

As the Front End Developer you play a key part in developing world class customer facing portals/communities. You will be responsible for the design, development, integration, and deployment of React applications that delight our customers. You will leverage your experience and skills to develop solutions to technical problems and ensure the delivery of quality software on time. Operating as a key contributor on a team of dedicated professionals toward a common product vision.

  • The ideal candidate loves front-end development, is strong with React, JS/Typescript and CSS, and has the ability to make long-term architectural decisions and identify refactoring needs within that space. 
  • Provide innovative solutions leveraging modern web tools and techniques enhancing our platform capabilities and make recommendations to support a rapidly increasing org.
  • The right candidate wants to be the go-to resource for their areas of responsibility and share their knowledge and learn with teammates.
  • Implement best practices by developing, refining, iterating, integrating, testing, staging and deploying maintainable technical solutions.
  • Use analytical skills and judgment to solve problems and make decisions in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Communicate complicated problems to team members to ensure we are coming up with the right solutions.
  • Ensure all code is version controlled according to industry standards and best practices.
  • Remain current on knowledge and skills necessary for software development, including programming tools, development techniques and related technologies.

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • Excellent communication skills, organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail

  • Be able to prioritize and manage work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of front-end web development and production experience with React
  • Strong understanding of JavaScript testing strategies.
  • A passion for giving users a polished, highly usable experience
  • Ability to collaborate with all levels within the organization
  • Experience working as part of an agile team

When meeting the requirements, the minimum of what you can expect for this position is $88,600. The actual offer will vary depending on the candidate's skills and competencies.
