React UX Designer

Job Description
Loft47 is hiring a react developer to join our team working on an award winning application! This is an opportunity to work alongside a small highly focused team of seasoned developers and amazing community of clients. Join us as we re-imagine finance for the Real Estate industry.

You are driven to create simple and clean customer experiences. Your creativity often gives you insight to transform wicked problems into elegant solutions. Your warrior-poet abilities allow you to feel comfortable both designing and implementing those designs. You are aware of industry standards and produce well written, performant code and expect this of others.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with team members to deliver a clear and straightforward customer experience
- Build elegant system solutions that surpass simple components
- Adapt to customer feedback to craft a functional and simple customer experience
- Apply your creativity to improve all aspects of our product

Minimum Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education in Software Engineering
- 5 years experience using CSS
- 1 year experience using React or similar framework
- Financial or Accounting Systems Experience
- Strong communication skills

Desired skillset
- Accounting, Ecommerce or Financial background
- Unit, Functional and Integration Testing
- XP and Agile
- Ruby On Rails, JSON:API
- Relational Databases
