Your Impact 💥

By joining the Payments team, you will be responsible for all payments flows of our platform. 

We work with our Finance department to provide automation around invoicing, pay-ins and pay-outs from and to our customers. 

We develop the line of products of HousingAnywhere Payments, that provide automation of payments between Tenants and Landlords, by integrating with PSPs and developing new features on our platform.

We ensure compliance through KYC (Know Your Customer) tools, and by automating merchant onboarding, split-payments, integrating with additional payment and compliance services.

Our stack:

Our backend runs on Golang, with PostgreSQL database(s). We run our services inside Docker containers in a Kubernetes cluster, all running in GCP. We use gRPC and messaging queue(s) in addition to HTTP for communication. Our Frontend stack is built on React/TypeScript. We love Git. We are quickly moving towards cross-platform Domain and Event-driven architecture.

What you bring to the table ✂️ 📐💡🍕🐛

• You’re a Javascript expert!
• 2 years of experience with React, Typescript. Node.js and Redux are a strong asset
• You’re experienced with test automation and you are interested in TDD best practices
• You have experience with online marketplaces, service providers and/or API development
• At least 5 years of experience in web development

Practicalities

• Full-time position (40 hours a week)
• Unlimited holidays policy
• You will primarily work from our HQ in Rotterdam, the Netherlands but with the flexibility to work remotely when needed
• Starting: ASAP
• Relocation/work permit support provided
