Front-end Developer

Electric Ant Lab

Can you take RheoCube to the next level?

As a UI Developer, you have a feel for color, shape and typography, and the skills to translate your designs into actual code. You will join our SaaS team to help develop and grow the RheoCube virtual laboratory.

It is expected that you take the lead in developing a design system, and work with experienced front-end developers to implement this in the React front end. Communicating with the users and our scientists to gather feedback comes naturally to you. You know how to collect and employ data to continuously improve the user experience.

What you will do

  • Gather requirements for new features
  • Collect feedback through prototypes and usability tests
  • Develop the components to implement the UI
  • Establish best practices and maintain consistency across the product

What's in it for you?

You will join an enthusiastic and fast-growing team of experts. We are building a virtual laboratory for R&D scientists and this comes with a few unique challenges:

  • Finding elegant solutions for complex computational problems
  • Providing and validating physical parameters for our simulations
  • Maintaining a consistent User Experience, drawing from the physical lab environment
  • Giving scientists the analysis and visualization tools they need to improve the R&D workflow

Our product is completely new in the market and your work will have an actual impact on solving these challenges.

We offer an inspiring work and team environment with flexible working hours in a fast-paced scale-up with a can-do mentality. A competitive salary and a secondary benefits package is part of our offer.
