Credit Sesame is looking for a hands-on Senior Frontend Engineer to be at the forefront of building our next-generation website. Have you worked on a React-based high-traffic web application? Do you enjoy working with product managers and designers? Are you passionate about bringing together design with technology to create user experiences that delight our users? If so, this role is for you.
You'll...
- develop our Credit Sesame website on both web and mobile;
- execute, deliver, and scale consumer-facing product features;
- work cross-functionally with product managers and our design team;
- collaborate with other technology teams and architects to solve complex problems;
- design and build the next generation of our website to provide the best experience for our users
- providing guidance on best practices for developing modern responsive websites
- working within a cross-functional Agile team
You’re a great fit for our team because…
- you have experience with responsive design and development
- you have proficiency with CSS, Sass, HTML and some basics of Javascript. React is nice to have
- you’ve worked with technology for implementing A/B testing (Optimizely, etc.)
- you iterate quickly on product changes through experience with Agile/Scrum framework;
- you’ve successfully developed user stories
- you've been a frontend architect for at least one application;
- you’re comfortable working with a distributed team;
- you have over 8 years of engineering experience and have had full-stack exposure;
