We are looking for a passionate problem solver to join our engineering team. In this role, you’ll get to wear many hats and be responsible for multiple projects including our proprietary smart lead sourcing and placing system. You’ll also work directly with our CTO by constantly discussing, architecting, developing new features/products, and making sure they are delivered on time while functioning properly.
Our current stack consists of Python, Flask, Postgres, and React with Typescript.
What you'll do
- You'll be in charge of coding in all areas related to frontend development. At the moment we have three different React applications that share the same architecture / stack
- Ship products and services in cross-functional teams
- Create Views and React Components that are reusable and efficient
- Collaborate with the whole engineering team including product and design
- Help establish engineering process, tools, and systems that will allow us to scale the code base, productivity, and the team
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience using React
- Proven track record of shipping high quality products and features
- High-proficiency with both Javascript and Typescript
- Empathy for our users
- An ability to go from customer requirements to high-impact/quick solutions to their problems
- You love designing snappy, pixel-perfect interfaces
- Experience with at least one OO programing language in the past (professionally)
Nice to haves
- Experience working on apps that have reached 1M+ users
- Proficiency with React v16+
- Experience with GraphQL.
- Passion for, or curiosity to learn, commercial real estate and financial technology
- You do not allow the use of any as a type on yours or anyone's code :)
