Full-Stack Engineer

Funded by Y Combinator, CocuSocial is one of the largest marketplace for food experience in the US. We empower individual chefs and businesses to host a variety of cooking classes, wine tasting workshop, mixology classes and food tours. We are currently expanding to all major cities in the US. Our mission is to educate, entertain and bring people together through food and drink.

Closely work with CEO to design, iterate upon, as well as implement core product initiatives and internal tools

Design and Integrate front-end and back-end aspects of the web application

Front-end development in React/Redux/NodeJS 

Back-end development in NodeJS/MongoDB 

Optimization of the application for maximum speed and scalability

Scaling existing backend systems to handle ever increasing amounts of traffic and new product requirements

Bachelor's degree in CS or related fields

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Full-stack engineering

Capable of developing a full stack web solution

Management of hosting environment, including database administration and scaling and application to support load changes

Creative and innovative problem solver with experience working in a startup
