  • Working with our users to ensure we understand how they use our application and their pain-points, then working with Product to ensure we're solving the right problems
  • Refining our current product to ensure that it is intuitive and that it is easy to use for engineers and non-technical people

  • Can pick the right technologies for the job, and can learn the right technologies when they need
  • Takes ownership of a project from concept to production
  • Enjoys working with, mentoring, and learning from a diverse group of people
  • Knows why good is better than good enough, but also knows why perfect is the enemy of good
  • Has an eye for quality as well as user experience to ensure our customers can focus on mitigating their incidents

Responsibilities

  • Write scalable single page applications to effectively display dense information along with tests to ensure it works well.
  • Continue developing more effective UX patterns to simplify cognitive load on users.
