For our team in Dreilinden close to Berlin we are searching for a Senior Frontend Developer (d/f/m)!

If you are a self-starter with a passion for frontend, a problem solver and have a keen eye for maintainable and testable code then you will love working with us.

Your Role:

• You write high quality, maintainable code and ensure technological innovation

• You continuously improve the code quality and maintainability of products

• Own, drive and improve applications

• You actively participate in the process of agile software development in an interdisciplinary team including product management, software development and UX

• As part of the Technology group at mobile.de you are responsible for driving product development and innovation for our platform

• In collaboration with the local site operations team, you will be responsible for your applications throughout the cycle of development, deployment, monitoring and improvement.
   

Our Requirements:

• Several years of experience as a JavaScript developer, preferably ES6 in interdisciplinary agile teams in the web environment

• Advanced understanding of React, Node.js, webpack, Babel and JQuery

• Ideally, besides JS, you love working with CSS (Less/Sass) and Google Closure, understand the intricacies of different browser rendering engines, and have expert knowledge about responsive layout and good web design.

• Understanding of design, implementation and operation of distributed Web-based services and APIs

• Profound experience in the areas of object-oriented design and test-driven development

• Web technologies (HTTP, REST / JSON, Ajax)

• You work independently and adopt new systems and concepts quickly

• You understand that quality is not assured solely by a QA engineer, but by the whole team

• You believe in multi-functional teams and are convinced that responsibility for your work does not end with the deployment

• Experience with continuous delivery and build pipelines (Jenkins, Git, Grunt)
