Dealerware has an immediate, full-time opportunity for a Frontend Developer to help us transform the way car dealers and manufacturers think about products and profits. We’re looking for someone that has professional experience with web programming, comfortable working with cloud platforms, knows the ins and outs of the frameworks and libraries they currently use and wants to master new frameworks.

As a Frontend Developer, you will:

    • Build new user-facing features as a valued member of an agile team
    • Create amazing UX client-side apps with React
    • Receive coaching and mentoring from team members on software engineering activities and best practices
    • Contribute to solving the company's technical challenges
    • Practice T shaped skills by jumping into other areas of the technology stack at Dealerware

Required qualifications:

    • Experience with React
    • Solid understanding of basic software engineering principles such as data structures and algorithms
    • Experience developing the front end of engaging, visually appealing web applications

    • Can show us working React code that you have written and are proud of
    • Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
    • Have an understanding of code versioning tools (such as Git)
    • Have an opinion on any development best practice or coding standard you use and can speak passionately about why this is important
