At MoovOne, our mission is to develop human potential in the professional world, which translates into a platform that provides a personalised and premium coaching experience. The front-end team aims at delivering advanced features to allow our users to follow their coaching program in the most simple and efficient way possible 🚀

In order to meet this goal, we are working on a project of complete front-end rework and improve the stability and scalability of the platform. This is why we are currently looking to hire a **React Developer**.


🎯 Your main missions :

* You will participate to the continuous improvement of the product,
* You will contribute to the rework and the migration of an existing appication in production,
* You will collaborate on the implementation of the design system with the design team,
* You will make end-to-end and unit tests,
* You will take part in the technical discussions to improve the front-end stack,
* You will challenge the product stories during the backlog refinements.

👾 The technical stack of MoovOne :

* Frontend : TypeScript, React, Angular 8, Storybook, Jest, React-testing-library
* Backend : PHP 7, Symfony 4, NodeJS, MongoDB, Doctrine, MariaDB, ElasticStack
* DevOps/CI : Docker, Jenkins, Github, Ansible
* QA : PHPunit, Cypress, Cucumber

🙌 Team organisation :

* A CTO
* A back-end team of 4 developers
* A front-end team of 6 developers 
* A QA team of 2 developers
* A Product team of 5 experts : Chief Product Officer, 2 Preduct Managers and 2 Product Designers

🛠️ Méthodologie :

* Agile: use of LeSS (Large Scale SCRUM) for more responsiveness and organisation within the team,
* Quality focus: validation of the developments by the Product and QA teams to deliver the best experience possible,
* Best practices: 2 reviews per Pull Request to continuously improve our code base,
* Continuous Integration: use of Jenkins to automate a large amount of verifications and give us the time to focus on the essential,
* Follow-up: definition as a team of the targets for each sprint and monitoring thanks to various KPIs.

- You have at least 2 years of experience with React,
- You master Typescript,
- You are able to work in an international environment.

Recruitment process

- Discovery call (30 min)
- Technical test
- Manager interview with Guillaume, our CTO (45 min)
- Technical Interview with Thomas, our Front-end Lead, and one developer of the team (1h)
- Interview with Hugo, ou CEO (30 min)
- Final offer

Despite the current context, MoovOne continuously expands its teams, which means the recruitment process is mostly organised via videoconference! One step can be organised in our offices if the situation allows it.
