Role | Team Overview (Guest Experiences)
We’re currently building our new technology and digital innovation hub and have some key hires to make within our Guest Experience team.
Driving a superb customer journey for our guests, owners and our multiple 3rd party distribution partners is key to our group plans and our new Guest Experience Engineering team will be central to this.
Led by our new Engineering Manager, you will join a highly collaborative, value-driven team based in the UK and Denmark responsible for the design, build, and implementation of our new modern, responsive web-based framework which will be utilised by all our sites and accessed from a diverse array of browsers and devices.

Skills and experience you’ll need to succeed
You’ll enjoy working in pairs (maybe sometimes a mob), you thrive in an autonomous product engineering team and you enjoy problems, we have many to solve.
It’s expected that you’ll offer significant commercial experience developing new innovative products for web and mobile applications and have skills/experience in a mixture of the following:
- Web development experience using a modern JavaScript framework
- Experience developing Nodejs microservices for large scale web services
- Experience in developing and deploying production AWS services (e.g. EC2, Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, S3)
- Experience working with CICD build pipelines using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar
- Experience with containerisation and tools like Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with modern quality practices, such as pairing, TDD, BDD
