In addition, we provide brokers, agents, and loan officers warm and informed introductions to consumers, along with the tools to support a best-in-class experience.
As part of our team, you’d be helping to build technologies that will significantly advance the world’s largest consumer industries while setting a new standard for engagement between people, information, and companies.

What you'll do
- Work with a team of talented engineers to develop a compelling digital experience that engages with consumers who are in the process of making important purchasing decisions.
- Write a lot of high quality, well documented, testable and maintainable code.
- Create working prototypes at varying degrees of fidelity.
- Maintenance and production of a reusable component library.
- Participate in recruiting top talents for the team.
- Participate in building a strong culture that values learning and collaboration.
What we need from you:
- At least 3+ years of demonstrable professional experience with at least one JavaScript framework, such as React, Vue, Angular, etc.
- Strong communication skills.
- Extensive experience in responsive web design and development, experience with modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries (React, Vue, Angular)
- Strong knowledge of the DOM, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES5, ES6)
- Experience with application state management and supporting libraries.
- Experience building, testing and maintaining a reusable components library.
- Expert with Git workflows and has worked with BitBucket, GitHub, or GitLab.
- Experience working with DevOps teams, CI/CD, containerized applications, and serverless infrastructure.
- Proven interests in OJO and attention for details. Please put “Ada Lovelace” in your resume or your cover letter.
- Are an empathetic, caring, and emotionally intelligent human being who cares deeply for the people we have set out to help
- Thrives in an environment of ambiguity, fast pace, and change
- Enjoys balancing user needs, business needs, and technical trade-offs in a startup environment
- Experience with at least one statically-typed language (TypeScript, Java, Go, C/C++, etc)
- Comfortable with relational databases and SQL
- Computer Science or other technical degree (or equivalent job experience).
- Experience building mobile friendly consumer web application
- Experience building maintainable systems supported by automated tests
- Typed javascript (typescript or flow)
