As an experienced member of our Software Engineering Group we look first and foremost for people who are passionate around solving business problems through innovation & engineering practices. You will be required to apply your depth of knowledge and expertise to all aspects of the software development lifecycle, as well as partner continuously with your many stakeholders on a daily basis to stay focused on common goals. This role requires a widevariety of strengths and capabilities, including:
* BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
* Expertise in application, data and infrastructure architecturedisciplines
* Advanced knowledge of architecture, design across all systems
* Proficiency in multiple modern programming languages to includeHTML, CSS3 and JavaScript.
* Knowledge of industry wide technology trends and bestpractices
* Keen understanding of financial control and budget management
* Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieveorganizational goals, and passionate about building an innovative culture
* Strong experience with UX design, best practices, and ability todrive change of UI initiatives throughout the software lifecycle (requirementsanalysis, design, implementation, QA)
* Advanced experience with JavaScript libraries (ReactJS,React-Redux, BackboneJS)
* UI Expertise in latest front-end technologies (JavaScriptlibraries, Electron, HTML5, UI MVC frameworks, React Framework, etc), andexperience with integrating middleware technologies/channels (restfulinterfaces, streaming interfaces, API, etc).
* Strengths as an experienced front-end developer to build anddeliver web/mobile based solutions to external/internal users supportingbusiness capabilities around the trade lifecycle.
* Experience with responsive design and grid frameworks (i.e.Bootstrap), including cross browser compatibility
* Experience and ability to engage with various stakeholders (acrossbusiness, UX, product, tech, operations, etc).
