Your mission 🚀
The primary purpose of the Team Lead is to manage a new team of 3 Mid/Senior Front End Developers, this includes managing their goals and being the technical guide for the team. You will also lead on creating and building maintainable, reliable software that adheres the design specifications, in accordance with the project plan, and meets performance and quality standards.
You will be responsible for system design, team estimation and building the capabilities of less experienced developers through coaching and mentoring.

If this is you – holy cow! 🐄
At least 5 years of experience in software development and architecture (full-stack or front end) with some exposure to React stack.
Previous experience in mentoring, coaching and/or leading a small development team.
Experience working in features and/or products from scratch, including analysis, architecture & development and maintaining high-quality standards.
Influence and drive team adherence to development processes and creation/maintenance of technical documentations and guides.
Owns technical relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Take part and drive participation in Agile processes, leading agile ceremonies where needed.
Performs line management of a team of developers including 1-2-1, performance management, etc.
Fluent English, you will report to a VP based in the UK.
