The Marketplace Fulfilment Team is responsible for the entire post order experience at Swiggy. The team consists of Core Logistics, Driver experience charter and solutions to enable and power our Customer Service agents with the Agent Workbench, Chatbots and Live Tracking screen for Customers and Agents.
Within the Marketplace Fulfilment team, the Post Oder Care team helps Swiggy provide a frictionless post order experience to our customers via self serve conversational platforms and intelligent Agent platforms for multiple product lines (Stores, Food, New initiatives). The team achieves this through thoughtfully crafted customer and support agent apps, smart and highly relevant agent recommendations.
- Strong focus on data structures, algorithms, and API design.
- Experience with Typescript, GraphQL, css-in-js and other frameworks is a plus.
- Understanding of web-perf and web bundling tools like Webpack, ParcelJS, Rollup etc.
- Sound knowledge of design patterns and practices for writing clean, linted, maintainable and reusable - code with unit and functional tests.
- B.Tech/ M.Tech
preferably in Computer Science with 1.5 to 3 years of Industry experience in the relevant area
