Senior Javascript Developer

Anivive is changing the landscape of the pet health through proprietary software that discovers, develops and delivers new companion animal pharmaceuticals, while also changing the way that we interact and care for our pets on a daily basis.

We are seeking a Senior Web Developer to build software used to change the lives of pets and pet owners throughout the world. Our software engineers are involved in every facet of Anivive by developing software solutions for discovering promising new compounds, aiding in the development of these therapeutics, and even changing the way that we interact with out pets on a daily basis.

As a Senior Web Developer you will shape user-centric products that are critical to our core messaging as well as the development and execution of our therapeutic development platform. You will work closely with the Anivive design team, pharmaceutical team and other Anivive engineers to create applications that anticipate and solve important problems they face. Our goal is to change the way people interact with and understand pet health. If you want to be a part of changing animal health, we would love to meet you.

• At least 5 years experience using a JavaScript framework such as React, Angular, or Vue
• Proficient coding custom JavaScript solutions
• Demonstrable experience of delivering large projects as part of an agile team
• Expertise converting designs into code
• Understanding of development principles such as SOLID and DRY
• Ability to work closely with product managers and designers to quickly iterate on features and products
• Strong attention to detail with an eye for UX and product design
• Comfortable with version control systems such as Git
