Frontend Engineer

·       3+ years commercial experience with front-end development
·       Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field of study
·       Track record of working in Scrum / Agile software teams


    • Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable client-side code
    • Integrate of data storage solutions, which may include databases, key-value stores, blob stores, etc.
    • Integrate user-facing elements developed with server-side logic
    • Identify and solve bottlenecks and bugs
    • Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
    • Support with Scrum / Agile software development approach (e.g., sprint, standups, retros, planning, pointing, grooming, etc.)


    • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
    • Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
    • Experience with popular React.js workflows
    • Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)
    • Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus
    • Familiarity with RESTful APIs
    • Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
    • Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
    • Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
    • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
    • A knack for benchmarking and optimization
    • Familiarity with code versioning tools (GIT)
