Front-end developer

You might call yourself a front-end designer, UI Developer, UX Engineer, architect or React samurai. whatever it is, we don't care about the title. These titles are merely reflecting the tools we use.

We are a small team of mission-driven people looking to add a new member to our team who values craftsmanship and artistry. We are crazy about details and our goal with our product is to touch emotions and feelings. We manifest that by writing code. We are building a community platform that empowers the new generation of online communities.

As a front-end developer, your job is, essentially, to turn designs into reality via code. Understanding, and being competent in design is an important component of that. Coding and aesthetic design require some pretty different skill sets and we are here to complement each other.

You are responsible for filling the gap between the design and development workflows. can solve technical challenges, which include helping architect and deploying scalable infrastructure and deliver well-designed, maintainable solutions in a Lean/Agile environment

We expect that you have 5+ years of web development experience, primarily in JavaScript and Node.js. Experience in ES6, React, Redux, Jest, and SASS.

Responsibilities:

Developing new user-facing features using React.js.

Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.

Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code.

Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.
