About the Lead Front End Engineer 

As a Lead Front End Engineer at Trove, you’ll play a critical role in leading the front-end development of e-commerce websites of world renowned brands. You will be spearheading new development for several new clients, while contributing to feature enhancements for the existing ones. You’ll thrive in this role, if you are open to fast pace development and willing to learn and work with cutting edge technologies.

 As for necessities, you...

• Have a strong desire to mentor developers and establish best practices
• Have several years of experience coding in React Framework, Redux, and GraphQL
• Have strong experience with NPM modules and versioning
• Have strong experience using Webpack
• Have strong experience coding in HTML and CSS
• Have experience using Flexbox/SASS/SCSS
• Have strong experience with one or more modern JavaScript frameworks
• Have strong experience working and integrating with APIs
• Have experience building Single Page Applications (SPAs)
• Have experience with server-side rendering
• Have strong experience using functional programming technique
• Have strong experience in building large scale web applications
• Have strong experience with GTM and/or other tag managers
• Have experience coding to ADA requirements

Bonus points if you...

• Have experience building scalable eCommerce applications
• Have experience building SEO-friendly websites
• Have experience working within automation focused culture--in testing and build/deploy
• Read books, blogs, and attend conferences to improve your craft
