What You Will Be Doing
* Collaborate with UX, Product, and other stakeholders to deliver technical solutions
* Mentor junior engineers
* Own the execution, architecture, and technical standards of our frontend
* Start off as a hands on leader and grow into bigger roles as we scale out in 2019

The Ideal Candidate
* Has prior project & team leadership experience
* Is product driven & results oriented
* Leads & mentors by example and is an effective communicator
* Gives accurate project estimates & negotiates with stakeholders to maintain deadlines.
Required Skills:
* 4+ years professional engineering experience
* 2+ years experience mentoring, coaching, leading developers
* Expertise in:
** JavaScript (ES6, JSX)
** React.js, Webpack, npm
** HTML5/CSS
** Unit Testing (preferably Jest)
Nice To Have Skills:
* Node.js & Express
* Server side rendering with React.js
* MySQL/ PostgreSQL
Other Tools We Use:
* Docker & Container Orchestration Tools
* AWS (ECS/Fargate, Kinesis, SQS)
* Jenkins (CI/CD)
* Apache Druid for Real-time User Analytics
