As a Frontend Lead at Smallpdf you will have a significant and direct impact on a fast growing startup with 30+ million users.

What you will do

• Take responsibility for a team of frontend engineers; enable and inspire them to do great work
• Take ownership of tech topics and challenging projects
• Shape the way we develop our frontend
• Solve problems both by delegating and by coding
• Take an active part in our growth by recruiting awesome engineers

• Experience as a line manager
• Motivate and inspire people
• Outstanding skills in Javascript
• Experience with React
• Fluent English
• Based in Zurich or willing to relocate
• Swiss or EU passport holder (or other permits that allow you to work in Switzerland)
