limber is a hospitality staffing platform which gives today’s worker variety, flexibility and geographic mobility. We offer a new way for hiring venues to engage with staff who are starting to question traditional employment relationships. We believe limber is the future of work and we have ambitious plans to take limber into both new countries and new sectors.
We’re looking for a full-time front-end developer to continue our product development and explore new ideas.
About the role
Working closely with the CTO, you’ll be responsible for designing and developing the UI of limber’s two front-end code bases; one for hirers and one for workers. You’ll also help to define future product direction and make the best front-end technology choices to support it.
We work iteratively with minimal process and use a mixture of experience, feel and data for prioritising the work we choose to do. You’ll be happy working in a startup environment where ideas and features are developed and iterated on quickly and frequently.
You’ll be involved with hiring decisions as we look to build our target team of three developers and a UX designer within the next six months.
We’re looking for a highly motivated developer who is passionate about technology. You’ll be proactive in improving the existing code and happy shipping new features every week.
We’d like to see the following:
We welcome applicants from all different backgrounds with professional experience in a similar environment.
Our tech stack is as follows:
At limber, we’re a group of engaging and respectful people. We’re united by a big, bold, common dream, but we always keep our feet on the ground. We’re not constrained by process or job titles and we don’t get too caught up in detail. As individuals, we’re constantly growing and adapting to meet our ever evolving challenges and if this all sounds good, we’d love you to join us at limber HQ.
There will be a core package of £35-50k + share options + pension + 25 days holiday along with benefits including 3 hours a week personal time, a central Bristol office on St. Nicolas Street and a flexible working environment.
