Would you like to be part of our small 'A-Team' to conquer the world? From home (of course!) and our office in Amsterdam, together our goal will be: Build a scalable and maintainable platform that will serve 100k+ daily users in 20+ countries. Sounds cool, right? Well, you wait until you see your stock options grow exponentially too.
 

What will you be doing?

Together with our new, driven CTO, Gerben and our new Frontender, you'll be our first actual all-round, Senior Fullstack Developer, using NodeJS and React as primary tools.
 

The technical challenge here is to sleep at night, without any system hick-ups from our 100,000 daily users from around the world. And, there is a product challenge too - everything should be super intuitive, so hardly any support is needed to be given to the job-seeker.
 

Your responsibilities will include:

• Building a scalable and maintainable platform that will serve 100k+ daily users in 20+ countries;
• Working a modern tech stack based on Docker, Node and React;
• Building UI of web app and landing pages;
• Taking ownership of frontend and backend components from design to development, deployment to maintenance - to ensure they are consistent and efficient;
• Helping steer technical innovation and advocate for JavaScript best practices;
• Helping millions create CVs and getting hired.

 
You will also be working on projects like these:

• Supporting various subscription options per country with world-wide billing options;
• High-availability (and high capacity) scalable deployment based on stateless docker container.
   

As you can imagine, you will have a significant impact on Resumedia's platform as our Senior Fullstack Developer. With our product, there exists a social impact as well: alleviating the stressful job search for candidates globally.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as a developer with full-stack experience;
• Being able to create a great product without much assistance;
• You get energy from building a large scale consumer web app;
• You love creating great user-centric products; maybe you enjoy looking into UX/UI;
• You have created a product from A-Z before;
• You want to work with the latest technologies.
