Who are we looking for?
Speedoc is looking for a React Native developer. This person, a React Native “ninja,” will take ownership and be responsible for building React Native iOS / Android applications for Speedoc’s clients.

By centralising services, current urgent and medical-care are built on outdated access and communication models. Providers lose the fundamental aspect of health: to reduce total impact to the Patient. With the ageing population to address and improved access to technology, Speedoc built a complete end-to-end system for doctors and patients, so that house call doctor services can be provided with ease to people in the community.
With Speedoc's emphasis on cost-effectiveness and modern medical devices, home medical services need not be limited to only immobile or bed bound patients but to everyday people who may require GP or urgent-care services.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance existing source code and APIs
- Integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server side logic
- Implementation of security and data protection
- Architect, build and maintain excellent React Native applications with clean code.
- Implement pixel perfect UI's that match designs.
- Implement clean, modern, smooth animations and transitions that provide an excellent user experience.
- Integrate third-party API's.
- Write unit and integration tests.
- Release applications to iOS and Google Play stores.
- Work with native modules when required.
- Work as part of a small, but passionate team, which will include other React front-end developers, a Systems Engineer, a Project Manager, QA Professional, and a Designer.
Skills & Experience Required
- 2+ years of professional experience working with React Native.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
- An understanding of React Native best practices and a commitment to following them.
- Ability to work through new and difficult React Native issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
- Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of React Native applications.
- Experience working with AWS environment
- Experience maintaining and enhance API system
- Experience with testing frameworks
- Strong Experience with Git version control
- Experience working remotely & as part of a distributed engineering team
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum framework/methodology
- Strong problem solving skills are essential.
- English Skills (ability to effectively communicate via written and spoken english).
Work Environment
- Remote and on-Site Preferred: ideal candidate is based in Bali, and willing/able to commute occasionally to Singapore.
- Distributed team enables remote working; work alongside other remote team members, engage with pan-asian dev and country team
