We're a small team currently scaling the OpenTable CRM product to ~30x the current user base. We have some fun and exciting problems to solve, and we’re looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer who can jump right in and make an immediate impact. Work is pretty varied here. One day you might be working hard to convert/refactor portions of our legacy codebase from CoffeeScript to ES6. The next you may be implementing major UI/X improvements to our product via collaboration with OT designers. We work hard and write a lot of code during our regular work day, but we know how to unplug at the end of the day. We’re more passionate about people who own their work and deliver consistently than we are on the number of hours you put in.
Work directly with product managers, designers and developers to refine and ship features to a rapidly growing client base
Proactively optimize client (and often server code) to ensure testability, stability and high performance.
Adapt and iterate quickly based on user feedback and product metrics.
Feature planning, scoping, and delivery

Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a professional software engineer
HTML, CSS, A11y
Strong data modeling and SQL skills (yeah, you’ll probably need to write some SQL)
Proven product delivery track record
Proven product and process improvement track record
Strong leadership skills
Ability to communicate, collaborate, and plan with all members of the team
Ability to plan and scope large features
Ability to lead meetings
Experience with all levels of “the stack”
Automated testing experience
