Senior Front-End Engineer

Job Description:

1 - Work closely with product, design and backend team to define tech solution and enable product delivery in right / long term manner.
2 - Build re-usable Android/iOS components in React Native.
3 - Monitor the performance on both code and experience level.
4 - Evaluate new mobile methodologies and technologies.
5 - Provide product ideas and suggestions as well as provide help to experiments new ideas and suggestions in fail-fast manner.
6 - Participate actively in design discussions and defining the long term architecture of the system.
7 - As Senior Software Engineer, you are expected to work independently and solve technical problems with minimum supervision.

Desired Skill and Experience:?

1 - 3+ years experience in React/ React-Native based development is a must.
2 - Strong hold on ReactJS and Redux.
3 - Strong fundamentals around Redux lifecycle, store and middleware.
4 - Excellent hands on knowledge of Javascript, HTML, CSS/CSS3 is must.
5 - Knows how to build native libraries for usage with react-native.
6 - Strong UX/UI design exposure and experience in making apps work intuitively and with pixel perfect interfaces.
7 - Experience of customising libraries
8 - Good understanding of Design and Architecture Patterns
9 - Experience and understanding of large and complex code bases and architectures.
10 - Highly accountable and takes ownership, with a positive attitude, and is a lifelong learner.
11 - Node/ Express is “Nice to have” but not required.
