FullStack Developer

First Factory is constantly growing and is looking for an experienced FullStack Developer to join our of our newest projects.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will demonstrate fluent English proficiency, both spoken and written, in order to effectively communicate and provide quality support to internal and external clients. 

Applicants must be familiar with Scrum, Agile ceremonies and be a pro when it comes to software development and project delivery.

Main Responsibilities:

• Create appropriate documentation for requirements and client proposals
  

• Developing new user-facing features using React, NodeJS and Javascript

• Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use

• Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code

• Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers

• Deliver efficient, high performing and stable code that meets business needs

• Participate in Agile Scrum calls to ensure technical and business partners have current status on delivery progress

• Collaborate with developers, designers and customers to create tailor web solutions to their needs and requirements

• Provide training and support to junior developers

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model

• Thorough understanding of React and its core principles

• Experience with popular React workflows (such as Flux or Redux)

• Experience with MERN stack

• Hands on experience working with NodeJS

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs

• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools

• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements

• Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git

• Knowledge of isomorphic React and ReactNative is a plus
